Thread: Spa sign up - ***********Booked **************

ok, please read this carefully - I am happy to sort this weekend but I really do not want to be chasing or faffing, so my apologies in advance for any bossiness
(feel free to organise one yourself.... !!!!)

The weekend is going to be at the Birmingham Belfry again

Its on Saturday November 12th to Sunday November 13th

The cost is £124. This is for dinner, bed and breakfast (all of which are excellent), pool, jacuzzi, gym and a 90 min spa session. As well as free entry to the Bel Air legendary nightclub
We will be in twin rooms

They require a £50 deposit per room ie £25 each
The balance is required a month beforehand

So, if you want to go, this is what you need to do

1) PM me with your full name and address with Spa details as the subject header
2) send me £25 either chq or I will provide my bank details (please use your name as reference when doing a transfer, so I know you have paid
3) £99 to be paid by 1st October - again to me

I will book in two weeks time - on Friday August 5th. By then, I will need to have your deposit and the PM


POINTS TO NOTE
The sign up needs to be in two's - a single room costs another £59. So I will take the bookings by sign up and if you are last and an odd number - well, its pay the extra, drop out or if there are lots of us, then perhaps we can all bump in another few pounds

The Belfry do not refund or transfer deposits, once I book, its gone!

Ginnygin is now on hols, not sure if she or sporty can come or not but I can sort them out after the time.

Sorry the edit is the usual, I don't need a room or a spa thingy, but it has changed and I will need to know what time you're all going in to the actual spa bit so I can book myself in nearer the time.
