Thread: Roast beef in slow cooker?

I've got beef in slow cooker now never brown it first i add water t bottom then more later if I want gravy with it never dry and really yummy

I do mine dry! And the same with pork, lamb and chicken! Although if it was really lean beef I might put some stock in.....

How was it anyway?
