    WhaT am I doing wrong?

I've made this chicken dish a couple of times

I slice a chicken fillet sideways and put mozzarella in, then wrap in ham and cook

Tastes nice but not very mozzarella-y

Should I put it in when it's v nearly cooked?

I used to make this with mozzerella too but found that you didn't taste the cheese much at all, so now I make it with Montery Jack (or however it's spelt). Oh and you can't forget the BBQ sauce!

Or Halloumi. I too was going to say Mozarella doesn't taste of much for the chicken to taste of anyway...

My mum made us all this the other day and the chicken was well tough (taste difference free range stuff)....any way wont go on about my mums cooking!

Rosemary Conley does a lovely version of this dish in one of her mags and its prob online too if you look it up - even making your own BBQ sauce, I made for family and it was yummy.
