    Smile a quiet boast

    midwife has just been. she weighed F and she's gone from being 6lbs 8 on thursday to 6lbs 14 today. (she's surpassed her birthweight of 6lb 11) so put on 6ozs in 4 days.

    i would just like to say that i am dead chuffed with myself because i'm shit at BF'ing normally. i didnt feed K at all as she was so drunk with pethidine she wouldnt latch, and with P i got cracked / bleeding nipples within a week and my milk dried up within 10 days as i couldnt express enough to keep going as it was so painful.

    so anyway i'm feeling happy this afternoon...
    ps) i could kiss the person who invented lansinoh cream!
