Thread: Bach Rescue Remedy

Does anyone know if Bach Rescue Remedy is ok to give to a 12 year old? On the Boots website it says it's suitable for the whole family, but you have to be 16 to buy it so it's confused me a bit!

It's just basically flower juice in 40% brandy.

The whole family can take it because it has absolutely no medicinal value, however - over 16's to buy because it is so alcoholic!
