To red onions?

I don't see why not! people have all sorts of allergies nowadays....

its just I seem to get the most horrendous wind when I have red onions! And cooked red onions... dreadful!
And if I have cooked red onions a few days in a row, I can't bear to be in the room with myself!!

I am allergenic to onion..I an suffering with very bad headache after eating onion...I need help..Please suggest some remedy for this problem.

What about white onions or shallotts are you ok with those Tilly.

But recommend not eating them if they make you windy poos or bad headaches like Laurahill x

Your body can't break down the enzymes in onion so they do cause wind- that's for everyone btw
