Thread: I think I've done it :)

So I took my last anxiety tablet on Christmas day and haven't had any major withdrawals, little nervous at times, but that's to be expected right?? I knew it wouldn't be completely plain sailing like the doc kept saying, but so far so good!
Very excited about the weight finally being able to drop off
