Why do my Achilles hurt? Mainly left but right one too a bit
Been about 3 weeks now and worse when I get up

are you doing any new or different exercise? I'm guessing this is down to a stress of some sort...... I really don't know to be honest, sorry
If it continues though go to the docs, don't want it getting worse.

I've got a sore Achilles too Tilly I know why mine hurts though - bashed it with a scooter when doing the school run!

I get problems with my achilles when I play rounders for a few months each summer. No idea why, possibly because running on grass is different than the treadmill?? I try and give them a good stretch and do a load of general foot exercises I learnt from a fitness instructor, but this year was torture took 3-4 days before I could walk properly.

mines worse in morning, seems to feel better if I stretch it
