I had horrific trapped wind when I was pregnant. I took rennie deflatine. Not sure if it's advised in pregnancy but I never had any problems. You could dry drinking peppermint tea or peppermint cordial.

Exercise such as walking and yoga can help stimulate the intestines to be less sluggish. Ask a trained yoga instructor for pregnancy-safe yoga poses to relieve constipation. You will need to drink than the usual recommendation of 8 glasses of pure water every day. Eat more green leafy vegetables, whole grains and fruits.

Take at least 2 glasses of warm water in the morning and go for a small walk; this would help in relieving constipation. Do some yoga asanas that helps in digestion and to relieve constipation.
