Thread: Back to School - who is ready??

Dd goes back to school next Thursday - and I haven't done a thing about it!!

Have to do battle with the crowds this weekend to get shoes and school uniform!!! Arrrgghh!!!

I do it every year - and really should learn not to leave till the last minute!!

Luke is back on Thursday too.I just need too get him pumps.I dont know how but ive given us a extra week i thought we still had 2 weeks! Where does the time go?

I think we're sorted. He can wear his old school shoes if I don't get to the shops before the 6th. He otherwise just needs school trainers. And I need to do labels.

I'm back on the 1st (less than a week). I've bought myself some new school shoes

Mollie goes back a week on Tuesday. I got her school shoes last week, and her schol trainers and pumps earlier this week. She'll go back in her summr uniform til October (her choice) so not buying anything new til then. I must check herschool wintercoat and hat fit though as they always have a long order time.

I go back next Wednesday and I really don't want to! We have had such a lovely school holidays, I don't want it to end!

Elastic laces to buy for her trainers, and new school shoes (grandma - next week hopefully!), and a lunch bag and drink bottle as hers are really grotty (they all seem so expensive this year...)

not ready at all but she hasn't really grown out of anything.Just school jumpers and new shoes. She can wear her summer uniform for now and I will get her winter one in the next few weeks if she needs it.

For once I am all ready Well except labelling everything right enough

DS1 & DD1 go back next Thursday...both starting high school! Not that big a deal for DD1 cause she just moves to a different part of the same school, uniform etc are all the same. Then a week on Monday DS2 & DD2 go back. DD2 also starts at DD1's school on Tuesday 7th and has to wear a uniform!

Actually, that reminds me...I'm not all ready because DD2's jumpers haven't come from the school even though I ordered them 3 months ago

Yep, ready! Oh, apart from a school rucsack which they're out of stock of so she'll be taking her lunch etc. in a plastic bag. That'll go down well on first day of new school

All ready here too new blazer,pair of trousers and jumper bought(cost £80 for just those 3 !) just have to get her a new bag .We start back on the 7th

they are starting their new school so i am not looking forward to that to much. :-(
