Thread: Back to School - who is ready??

Mollie goes back tomorrow - Y4 now! She can't wait.

We have backed her school bag and her PE bag too. Just realised her blue PE shorts are missing and can't find them. probably too small anyway. Will have to go to John Lewis tomorrow - they won't do PE tomorrow on the first day anyway will they? Besides she has black lycra ones in therem and her gym kirt, oh and a track suit - surely one of them could do.

dd had a sports kit check today - bad mummy has not labelled tracksuit trousers on the outside (er noone has noticed or cared for the past 3 years !) and she didn't show her indoor trainers as she thinks a label is missing (and they've still got ds' name in anyway!)

Well I'm pee'd off because I bought alex 'predoinantly white' trainers as specified in the literature then got a letter home today saying he needed 'velcro fastening trainers' (for playtime) PLUS black pumps (gym) PLUS the trainers (no idea what for). FFS is it all really necessary?

We've got another day yet, mine go back tomorrow Owen yr 4 and Rebecca yr 2, luckily they didn't need much this year just new shoes and new shirts, their trousers and skirts etc all fit from last year. Then next Tues Ethan starts playgroup I'm not sure either of us is ready for that

Luca's back to school on the 16th! I dunno if I'm happy or not!!! Gero starts nursery too. Blimey they're growing way too fast!!!!
