    Hi Rach,

    I'm great thanks
My day started with a 45 minute spin class, I clocked up 17.1 miles!
I then came home & quickly showered & changed & went for a 4.5 mile walk around the grounds of Blenheim Palace with my Hubby ( he is between contracts, so today was his first day off ) we grabbed & tea & sarnie whilst there!

I came home did some ironing, & cooked a roast for dinner.
I've just had a bath & I am sat down ready to have a cuppa & watch some TV!

I hope your session on the bike goes ok....

what hobbies do you have? I love reading.

    Hi neddy

Wow what a busy day! I probably clock up 5miles just walking round my flat haha, always been a fidget!
Bike weren't too bad.......although the timer wasn't working (sigh) thought I'd done enough, got off and it had only been 9mins!!! LOL I'll av another go tomorrow!

Hobbies.........erm.........they kinda went down the drain once I had kids (big sigh) used to play football & basketball...absolutely loved my sporty days but sadly they are long gone.
My concentration levels are far too low to read, plus i forget what I've previously read like 5seconds before so you could imagine how long it would take for me to finish a book haha.
I live on my own with the three kids so not very easy for me to fit anything else in at the mo

    Hey Rach,

I had an extremely busy day at work, started early, finished late, then spent an hour on the settee watching tv. Now I've come to bed to read before I fall asleep.

I had a short day at work 8-5, got to spend a bit of time with Oliver before studying
Am now in my pit thinking about reading before snoring. Got a 7-5 tomorrow

You sound like you need to focus on yourself a bit Rach - I hate exercise so wouldn't normally recommend it, but isn't there a class you could do? Bike sounds very dull

Shy? Shy? With us? Ha! Forget that lovey, there ain't nowt we've not covered on 'ere
None of us bite - cept Clem and that's only when she's been swigging meths
