    So Proud of Dd

Last night when Dd1 was at the pub a man was acting strangely dancing in the road etc,He then started to try to climb over the pubs railings to jump down(approx 10 ft) as he jumped he caught his foot on the railings and fell smashing his head off the brick raised plant beds and fell onto glasses. Dd2 was right next to him when he went over and went down to see if he was o.k when she and her friend got to himhis eyes were rolling into the back of his head and he had a large wound across his head. She calmly rang for an ambulance ,checked his pulse and tried to get him to open his eyes, unfortunately he died whilst she was holding his hand before the ambulance came. The ambulance man said there was nothing she could have done.Iam so proud that she tried to help him and didn't panic.

That is a brave thing to do by your Dd - How sad the man died. It is nice that he didn't die alone - not sure I would have been able to do the same thing in that situation.

You might find Dd will suffer some sort of delayed shock so keep an eye on her. x

A massive well done to your DD, to have acted as she did on spur of the moment is amazing, most would have run the other way.
Bless her, hope she is OK xxxx

I hope she is okay, she did so well, I'm not sure I would have stayed that calm

I'd second the warning about delayed shock, you don't expect to suddenly be holding someone's hand while they're dying. How traumatic for her

Wow well done to her but how awful as well. I third the delayed shock, I'm sure you're keeping an eye on her though.
