    Hillsborough Enquiry

Could someone please explain to me why it matters that one of the victims died at 4.00pm and not 3.15pm as a former special constable is alleging?

AND, why has it taken her this long to come forward and claim she was 'encouraged' to change her statement?

Is it to do with how quickly (or not) the emergency services were able to get into grounds?

I originally thought that but surely they'd have figured out the inaccuracies in the statements long before now, and investigated it then.

I find it astounding that they are only just having an enquiry. I'm completely confused by the whole thing.
