    They're right.

There are good mood foods!! And I don't mean cakes and nursery puddings

You need things that boost your metabolism, not just fill you up.

B vitamins are good for hormonal probs I think, so look at leafy veg and green stuff which will help with the anaemia too.

Seeds and nuts are good too.

Went to see the nutristionist a couple of wks ago. She was very nice, said my diet was crap (tell me something I don't know!!) Thought that changing my diet could definately help with how I'm feeling. Didn't ask me to eat lentils and beans!! She wants to make sure I eat 3 meals a day plus a mid morning and mid afternoon snack (I don't eat regularly every day), so that's quite easy to do. I need to drink more and to try and snack on healthier things.

Interestingly enough she said that having low blood sugar and not a lot of protein in you diet can make you feel anxious and panicky - no-ones ever said that before.

I go back to her again this Friday.

Hi Jo, yes, I had never heard that before about low blood sugar & lack of protein....interesting. I hope you can find some nice things to add into your diet.... I love snacking on grapes & strawberries & raisins.
