    Unhappy Been to docs back up on 6omg A D's

    Oh i am really down at the moment and sooooo stressed my partner is no use nor ornament and theres such much house work to do. My job is crap at the moment and i feel i talk to the walls when i talk to my kids. I know almost everyone will feel like this at some point. But i keep crying all the time and constantly worring about everything, theres always something playing on my mind and i want to pull my hair out. I just wish i was one of those people that didnt let things bother them. Anyone want to make me feel better. xxxxxx

    I'm sorry to hear things are so bad for you atm. I hope the medication starts to help soon. Is there anything you can do, even for a day, to give yourself a break?

    I have no miracle words that will make you feel better. All I can say is that it does get easier. Things will improve. I have had pnd 3 times and am so scared of getting it again. Last time I had counselling and it worked.
    One tip someone gave me is no matter what the weather get out of the house at least once a day. If its raining throw wellies on the kids!
    I really hope things start to improve for you soon. for now carry on talking about it as getting it all out helps

    for you Fearn. It is a beast when you feel so low you don't know how you are going to get back up again. I have depression on and off and I have taken ad's in the past and they have been very effective. This time round I decided to have a go at seeing a counseller and it has been brill. Just being able to talk about things has helped hugely. I still have down days etc but I know they will pass. Have you thought about seeing a counseller, maybe it would help? In the meantime you know you can always moan on here and vent your spleen and we will listen. Hope you feel happier really soon.
