Well i think that proves it

i definalty think i sufferer from SADS. Since the clocks have gone back and added to the fact that i now work full time and therefore don't get outside in the sun in the afternoon, i've got more and more grumpy and snappy. Time for me to invest in a light me thinks!

Who's got one and which one do you have?

It's most. Likely down to you working full time..... Not suggesting that you are not affected by SADS, but all things considered, if you weren't full time you may bedwindling things easier!

Anyway, I bought Liam and I a wake up light from Philips, it's an alarm clock that gradually comes on before the radio part comes on at the allotted time. So by the time the sound is on, the room is as light as you want and you feel more like you have woken up naturally. It's made a HUGE difference to us both.

I'll look for the link, I think I paid about £60 for it, as it was on a half price specialy offer.......

oh the link would be good thanks hun.
TBH i was quite bad last year and that was when i finished work at 1 so got some sunlight. I do think working full time would prob make it slightly worse as i don't actually see much sunlight at all.

Can you get out for a walk during your lunch break? Weather permitting of course.
