TY ladies . Am having a V painful day today and am having to use my crutches to walk with (But DH keeps pinching them and using them as a machine gun when he thinks no one is watching!!)

Oh Amy! Sounds awful But I have to admit to actually sniggering when I read the bit about your DH

I have no suggestions, but tonnes of sympathy! I have been lucky enough to not suffer from SPD, but I had a week or 2's worth of Sciatica when preg with Lilah and that was total agony, I can remember being stuck in the car at one point as it hurt so bad trying to get out. Nightmare.
