Thread: DLA for SPD!

Does anyone else get DLA for their SPD, or who else has it this bad?

Its a horrible horrible form to fill out. Did you get your GP to fill in the statement at the back? Who filled in your statement? That can often make all the difference.

DLA forms are the worst thing ever - i've just finished filling isla's in at it always upsets me to do it.

So in that respect i fully understand you.

You could call your GP tomorrow and ask them to write a letter and send that in. Honestly getting a medical/professional signature somewhere on your form would really really help your application.

i could be wrong but i thought a medic had to sign it to prove you weren't making it up and to calify what you've put
