i think i may have had it with a few of my others but just kept getting told that it was just ligaments stretching.
With my 5th i finally got a diagnosis had physio which really didnt help, had to wear the big ugly support belt..they wanted to give me crutches but i tried to just deal with it, even walking across my tiny livingroom hurt and i had to hold the walls for support, i used to just sleep downstairs as it hurt to climb in and out of my bed..
But even now 4 years later i still hurt.
Is it normal, does it ever go away.
i was contemplating physio again but honestly dont believe anything will help anymore, i put it down to being one of those things.
I cant even do a yard clean without stopping and starting as the pain begins to really hurt..
I try not to use pain killers too often, sometimes i wake up in the morning with the stiffness and pain in one side..
Its mostly my left hip that hurts, i rarely get it in the right side anymore just the odd twinge here and there..
I cant even carry my 4 yr old who weighs less than two stone for long as i hurt when i lift anything..
Has anyone else here dealt with that years later?
