    pain again...after 4 years

I had all but stopped having the odd twinge in my back and pelvis......Ds2 is now 4!

Since we moved here and have been walking to school, and not using the pushchair, I have felt a huge improvement. I'd seen an osteopath in Swindon, who said I was still ''unstable'' in the area follwing SPD in my last pregnancy.

Anyway, today, I took the pushchair to school with ds2 in as he'd had a temp last night and was feeling off colour. Walking home I was again in agony. How bizzare is that?

I must walk differently when pushing the pushchair.....not that I'd notice ordinarily!

I am hoping to ceremoniously dispose of the pushchair in september when he starts school..........and also I can hope to see the back of this pain!

    How bizarre!

at least you can pin point when it happens, like you said you must walk differently with the pushchair.

should be all gone soon then !

I still get it and Ana will be 4 this year, and it does seem to get worse doing various things.

Have a go with that yoga dvd I gave your SIL, really helped me, didn't have it as bad as you but it really helped strengthen my pelvis.

I had a bout just after Christmas, lasted about 5 days
Wasn't particularly excrutiating but it was debilitating particularly going up the stairs
I was just beginning to get panicky and upset about it when it vanished as quickly as it appeared
I don't understand it at all, I haven't had it since Minitilly was a few weeks old but its a very distinct pain, you can't mistake it

Am still suffering at the end of the week.

It's gone into more sciatica now.

I shall start on the inbuprofen now.
