Now my baby's 10 months and although it's a lot better my joints still click a lot- the doctor just keeps giving me iron tablets. Is there anything I can do?
Hi, welcome to the site. I'm not sure why your Dr would think Iron tablets would help. Could you see an osteopath - most people (myself included) have found that this was of fantastic benefit for SPD. Do you find it gets worse around your period? Is the pain still bad or is it mainly the clicking? Unfortunately it's one of those things that you have to give time and try to manage.

    Hello,
Thanks for the advice- well you don't want to get me started but the doc thinks iron tablets are the answer to all my problems. I've been having pain in my heels and she said they would cure this too (they didn't).
    Thanks again
