Only that you cannot be disadvanategd by being pt ie. holidays, entitletement to sick pay etc must be the same even if on a prorata basis.
Holiday pay - how is that worked then? I work less than a full week, and less than a full year.....can any maths wizz build me the formula? I have the holiday entitlement for a 'full time ' equivilent for my grade.....

Yes, and yet no.....I work 27.5 hours per weeks, for 39 weeks PLUS my holiday entitlement.....I can't do the math! Contract says thats 44.4477 weeks in total.....but how are the getting the 5.4477? I need to know if it's based on the weeks I actually work, or something else......
Full time (ie full year, 37 hours) I would be entitled to 23 days + 9 bank holidays, so 32 days in total....but can't get my head round the way to work out mine!!
