    question - Moosmum maybe?

    tmi warning!

i know that sometimes diarrohea is a sign that your body is getting ready for birth etc. but if you had this how long did it carry on?

for the last 10 days i've not had it as such but i am going to the toilet with very loose stools about 4/5 times a day. 9 times out of 10 its following some painless but uncomfy BHicks contractions. is this usual?

i guess i have to make sure i dont dehydrate too.

lol i have never been one for wishing to go into labour early but with the sore feet, squits, breasts that stink of milk, bad heartburn and minge twinge i'd be quite happy for my waters to break this weekend.

Have you tried taking those probiotic drinks Nina?
I found towards the end of my pg's I was generally a bit run down, so it might just be a low grade stomach bug. Not serious enough for any major symptoms and a few probiotics would probably sort it out.

It is really common Nina and as long as you are not otherwise unwell (temp etc) then I wouldn't worry, just like you said, drink plenty so you don't dehydrate. FWIW I had it loads during the end of my pg's with F & H. All these symptoms are horrid I know, but just your body's way of getting ready for the big day!, sending you huge hugs hun, hopefully you wont have too long to wait now

are you sure it was BH's last night you were having are yo still getting the today i had the runny bum syndrome in the first stages of labour but with you having it for a few days deffo keep drinking water and only eat light things nothing too heavy on your stomach i would get in touch with the hospital just to make sure you aint in the very early stages f labour you only have 13 days to go so nothing to worry about if you are in labour but i would get yourself checked out dont want you leaving it too long and out pops a nice surprise
