what did u do after ur sweep and did it work

I had accupunture after the sweeps I had - twice - and no, it didn't help in getting DS2 out but it did help in improving my mindset. They guy was so lovely and he was such a positive energy to be around with. I also had reflexology done - and nope, didn't do the trick either.

Sorry that I couldn't give you more positive feedback. I know you've heard it a million times before, but baby will come when it's ready.

Legin, I know it's frustrating (to say the least) being overdue ... and waiting ...

I had sex!!!! Luke was born the next evening. Whether it was a coincidence or not I don't know.

Sadly sweeps didn't work for me (neither did anything else I tried!!) and I ended up needing to be induced with DD2.

Try not to get too down Legin, one way or another your LO WILL be here soon (easier said than done I know!).
Do some 'nice' things for yourself while you wait. Lovely bubbly baths, some serious 'me' time and enjoy what little time you have with you and Jordan before the baby arrives.

my sweep worked!

Mine worked too, i had a sweep at 12.30 and was stood outside DS's classroom at 3.15 having contractions!

I cried after the one with Imogen 'cos it hurt so bloody much!
I had a sweep with each of mine and they didn't work.

oh legin..... I do agree with others that baby will come when fully baked!!!!! Try not to get too stressed..... I never had a sweep, so cannot answer that question, looking forward to your exciting baby news VERY SOON
