    omg i think my labour has started been haveing contcations every 20 mins seens 4 pm when should i call the midwife

    Wait until they are regularly a maximum of 10 minutes apart or if your waters go. Even then you'll probably be told to wait at home until 5 mins apart. With ds I went all day at 20 minutes aprat, which stopped for a few hours mid afternoon, so could be a while yet !
