I may be getting fitter.
On Saturday I did 1.5Km (60 lengths) for Swimathon in just under 39 minutes.
Today I have an aerobics and weigh-in at my Rosemary Conley class.
Then tonight I am having a horse riding lesson for the first time since I was at school!
I have managed to lose some weight too but undid some of this week gorging on Mother's Day chocolate!

It's kind of like dance aerobics using moves from salsa, merangue etc. If you go on youtube you will find loads of videos of it that will give you a better idea.
