If your worried about calcium and iron, make sure he gets lots of dark green vegetables, a portion of broccoli has more calcium in and is more easily digested than a glass of milk. If you want a milk substitute go with Rice milk the one with added calcium.

hey have you tryed him with rice milk you could try the new so good one its made with whole grain rice xx
