    Final Push!!!!

    I really need to get back into the swing of things. I only need to lose 2.5lbs and I'll be at my target weight. That means I won't have to pay to go to WW.

    I have stayed more or less static for the last 3 weeks. I need to have one final push to make this happen.

    I know I have been slipping, choccy biccies, coke (full fat!), cheese, bread, Pizza...............the list goes on.

    Now the nicer weather is here I should be able to eat more salad and drink more water.




    Tuesday 13/06/06

    Breakfast : Seriously Oaty (2.5)

    Lunch: Salad with liver sausage (0)

    Dinner: Chicken supreme, Salad, pasta with dairylea, Custard (3)

    Treats: Penguin choccy biccy, Hula Hoops (aagghhh) (6)

    Fruit: Banana, Apple, Banana

    Allocated Points for the week 21
    Bonus Points Gym 40mins Sporty 4.5

    Lunch: Tuna Pasta Salad (1)

    Dinner: Jacket Potatoe, Chicken Kieve, Baked Beans (5)

    Treats: Penguin Biccy(3)

    I'm not sure what you're doing here, did you only have 11 points yesterday, and NO POINTS today? if so, doesnt sound like the healthiest way to go about things, if not, sorry i poked my beak in, lol.

    Hi DL, no sorry to confuse you hun. That is tomorrows list. if I don't get it ready in advance I'll forget to fill it in

    Also, I'm on the no count WW, so I only list the points of things that aren't 'free'. Instead of having a daily points count, I can have anything from the 'free' list plus an extra 21 points a week (plus bonus for exercise) to have extras and treats with.

    I've had a good week. Which to be honest I didn't think I would. I lost 1lb. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I am plodding along slow and steady like the tortoise. I have 1.5lbs to go until I reach my goal. I would love to lose that much in the coming week. Though I will be happy to lose even 0.5lb next week.

    So here's to salad and water and a nice hot week to help me on my way
