I really need to get back into the swing of things. I only need to lose 2.5lbs and I'll be at my target weight. That means I won't have to pay to go to WW.
I have stayed more or less static for the last 3 weeks. I need to have one final push to make this happen.
I know I have been slipping, choccy biccies, coke (full fat!), cheese, bread, Pizza...............the list goes on.
Now the nicer weather is here I should be able to eat more salad and drink more water.
