    Dinner: Pizza x 4 fingers (dippin Pizza Hut), Pototoe Wedges, Chicken dippers (0) OK I am well over my point for this week already. I am just going to pretend this didn't happen. If I dwell on it I will get no-where!!! I will just chalk this up as a VERY bad weekend. Back on track tomorrow.

    I didn't think about it when I first wrote it. But now I get the same reaction too
    If only sheding this weight was a quick as giving birth !!!

    Just reached my target weight after giving in to countless binges and just plain laziness. I feel so much better now.

    I keep on taking two steps forward and one step back.
    It seems that everytime I lose a pound I then go and eat something bad. I am so close now that it's frustrating

    Well what can I say? This has been one of those weeks that defies everything. I have have eaten all kinds of rubbish. Pizza, Fish and Chips (from the chippy), Kentucky and all kinds of treats. Yet I have still managed to lose a pound. However this week I will be trying much harder to kerb my lazy eating pattern. Also Aunt Flo arrived today so I need to be extra vigulent.

    WEEK 14 9st 3.5lb
