    Here we go - confession time!

    Right I went to Tescos on Monday and bought very good stuff for my diet and very bad stuff too. We have eaten that now so I had better start today.

    Thursday 26th July 2007
    I weighed in at 10 st 12.5 Lbs!!!
    Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk and 1 tsp sugar, tea and juice
    Lunch: French bread, hummous, bean salad, pasta salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and mushroom pate.
    Tea:Rice and vege chilli, naan, nectarine

    Snack Gu chocolate and pecan brownie (200 Cals) - it was the last one of my naughty Tesco purchases.

    Friday 27th

    Breakfast: 2 Scotch pacakes with jam and Nutella, tea and apple juice
    Lunch: Lottie's Vege soup abd 2 slices bread
    Dinner: Spinach Risotto. Strawberries and cream
    Snacks: 0.5 jam doughnut (children's left overs), 1 scoop ice cream, banana, hot chocolate

    Saturday 28th July

    Breakfast: 2 slices toast, olive oil spread and jam. Cheerios and i Weetabix with milk. and tea
    Lunch: Spaghetti on toast (2 slices), Satsuma
    Dinner: Party buffet food and lots of drink.

    Breakfast: Malt wheat (Tescos), milk and tea
    Lunch: Jacket potato, cottage cheese and chives and choc cake from party
    Tea: Pasta and roast vege and tomato sauce
    Snacks: 4 Bourbons
    Steps: 7490

    Monday 30th July
    Breakfast: Malt wheats, milk, juice and tea
    Lunch: Ploughmans sub from Bakers Oven
    Dinner: Vege and cashew nut stir fry with Stir fry sauce and noodles, tea
    Snacks: 2 Bourbon biscuits
    Steps: 15000

    Tuesday 31st July
    Breakfast: Malt wheats, banana, milk and tea
    Lunch: Pitta bread, tomatoes, cucumber and cottage cheese
    Dinner: Pasta, courgettes, pesto and parmesan, tea
    Steps: 14000

    Wednesday 1st August
    Breakfast: Malt wheats, banana, milk, juice and tea
    Lunch: Cheese and tomato panini and some of the girls chips
    Dinner: Cauliflower & brocolli cheese, mash and carrots, nectarine and yoghurt
    Steps: 12000

    I can't keep up with this diary on here as well as a paper one and the RC Conline one. So Iam going to make this a confession diary so hopefully there wont be many posts

    Today 12th September - Flapjack and bowl of ice cream.

    13th Spetember - Friends for tea and a chat - she put of half a packet of Cadbury's chocolate fingers - which we ate between us!
    14th Spetember - Friends for the kids to play - 3 mini ginger bread men! And a ginger biscuit and 4 marshamllows at home cos DD2 disn't like them. At least no chocolate today.

    Be better tomorrow I hope.
