Right I went to Tescos on Monday and bought very good stuff for my diet and very bad stuff too. We have eaten that now so I had better start today.

I weighed in at 10 st 12.5 Lbs!!!
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix with milk and 1 tsp sugar, tea and juice
Lunch: French bread, hummous, bean salad, pasta salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and mushroom pate.
Tea:Rice and vege chilli, naan, nectarine
Snack Gu chocolate and pecan brownie (200 Cals) - it was the last one of my naughty Tesco purchases.
