DD2 had a party to go to so I finished off DD1's muffin and had some of the left-overs - a Fairy cake and jam roll.

I have been really good so far this week and only snacked on fruit and 1 mini pack of Haribos Starmix.

I made double chocolate cookies on Saturday to take with us when we visited friends on Sunday. We ate some Saturday but had a box full to take. But forgot to take them with us on Sunday. Had a lovely lunch with our friends and met their lovely 4 month old baby boy. But Now back today and found the box - I have eaten the lot this morning and feel sick and really bad about my lack of self control. Methinks comfort eating took over big time.

Gained a pound this week.
