LUNCH: Light Philadelphia snack pack; apple (was out and only think vaguely OK!)
DINNER: Spinach and ricotta cannelloni
OTHER: approx 1/2 pint of skimmed milk; half bottle wine

BREAKFAST: Apple
LUNCH: Prawn salad with a mustard dressing
DINNER: Veggie sausage and bean hotpot
OTHER: approx 1/2 pint of skimmed milk
Week Three - Thursday
BREAKFAST: Light Cereal bar
LUNCH: Tuna and Cucumber sandwich; yogurt
DINNER: Fish pie, vegetables
OTHER: approx 1/2 pint of skimmed milk
