I actually started last Tuesday, so end of Week One but though I'd update and get started.
I have about 2.5 stone to lose.

Homemade root vegetable soup
Dinner:
Tuna steak
Rice
Salad
Apple
Supper:
2 slices of toast
Wednesday 3rd Jan
Breakfast:
2 Oatabix
Lunch:
Homemade root vegetable soup
2 slices of bread, no spread
Dinner:
Vegetable casserole
2 mini Yorkshire puddings
Apple
Thursday 4th Jan
Breakfast:
2 Oatabix
Lunch:
2 eggs
2 slices of toast, no spread
Dinner:
Pasta
Pasta sauce, made with pasatta and vegetables
2 tsp Parmesan
riday 5th Jan
Breakfast:
None
Lunch:
Went to Pizza Hut with Tilly and Yorksgirl, but was good!
Tomato pasta
Salad
Snack:
2 WW biscuits
Dinner:
3 Fishfngers
Baked beans
2 slices of bread

Weekend was a bit of a nightmare. Wasn't in full control of meals as we were out and being cooked for.
Saturday 6th Jan
Breakfast:
2 Oatabix
Lunch:
2 slices of toast
Baked Beans
Salad
Dinner:
Buffet food inc bread, pizza slice, cheese, etc.
Small glass of wine
I opted to drive so i would drink less.
Sunday 7th Jan
Breakfast:
None
Lunch:
Ate at Waitrose cafe whilst out
Vegetable mousaka
Rice
Dinner:
Ate at PILs
Fish pie
Vegetables
Slice of lemon meringue
Half a bottle of wine
End of week one!
Weight loss for week one is 2.75lbs
Total weight loss for 2007 is 2.75lbs
Week Two
Menu plan for week 2:
Mon: veg sausages, jacket potato and veg
Tue: veg casserole & Yorkshire pudding
Wed: homemade fishfingers, homemade wedges
Thu: tuna, rice and salad
Fri : salmon, mash potato and veg
Not sure about weekend yet. Out on Sat and have friends coming for dinne ron Sun.
