    I need to get back on this wagon...

    It's been a year since I fell off, I know I've put the weight back on, and more, and it's just adding to my depression.

    I can't get to a meeting atm, so I'll just be trying to stick to it on my own, and probably just be judging it on how my clothes fit. TBH I'm too down to go to WW as well as it being difficult in a practical sense. I'll start posting what I eat tomorrow.

    I'm back with you pie - this past two weeks we have ate so many bad things ( but they we're nice) so i'm going to stat again on thursday as that's shopping day.

    I'm determined to have lost 2 stone before we go away next month. I use have 4 more pounds to lose to do it. I've decided I need to drink lots of water as my friend who's lost 4 stone drinks 8 pints a day
    I'm still doing WW online but don't log in very often as I more or less count the points in my head now. Maybe that's the problem, maybe I should go back to logging what I eat - after all I'm still paying for it!
    So I'm with you both. I know what you mean about clothes Pie. I don't actually feel like I've lost much weight but at the weekend I got out a pair of crop jeans that were really uncomfy last summer and they now fit me a treat, really comfy. So I can tell by that that something's happening.

    8.30am Muesli with soya milk

    11am sunflower seeds & cashews

    12pm - MASSIVE sugar drop. Salami & cucumber sandwich, small stack of pringles, half fat cadbury mouse. Haven't got many diet foods in...

    2pm Muller Corner

    4pm Apple

    6pm Tandoori chicken, daal, steamed rice

    Pie aren't you supposed to be scoring this some how so you can keep track? Or are your just writing everything down to shock you into not eating so much?

    Hi Pie i'm with you on this one babe. If I post all the rubbish and choc that I eat in a day it is bound to make you feel better about your diet, lol.

    Seriously I need to do this, as Thumper says it will hopefully have shock value. For me I mean. Good Luck Pie, I know it is Not easy doing it alone.

    I found last time I tried it helped me a lot to see my patterns of eating, to keep myself accountable. I was doing WW last time so was scoring it, and I might start doing that later but I need to get into that frame of mind first I think.

    well good luck Pie. It can be hard to get back into it. I know I've been struggling for the last couple of weeks.
