It's been a year since I fell off, I know I've put the weight back on, and more, and it's just adding to my depression.
I can't get to a meeting atm, so I'll just be trying to stick to it on my own, and probably just be judging it on how my clothes fit. TBH I'm too down to go to WW as well as it being difficult in a practical sense. I'll start posting what I eat tomorrow.![]()
