you'll have to produce yourself a star chart. for every hour of the day in which you stick to your diet preferences you can have a star in a box. for every hour you dont you get a black mark. have something visible, a tiny incentive, to keep you on track.
good luck.
(p.s. reward yourself with a handbag/something when you've done a day/week/month.
pie you can do this - you did really well last year.
have you meal planned this week?
are the bad things you're eating stuff that everyone else in the hse eats or just you? cause if there just you - then u need to stop buying crap then the temptation will be easier on you.
I still buy "googies" but there goodies i don't like so am less temped to reach for them.
How about having a fresh start on monday ?
you can do this and you can be even more super sexy and slim.
but if you need any help having a temptation moan then come on here and scream.
Thanks DL for the suggestion - I might well do that. And thanks FD for the pep talk, I have tears in my eyes! I just can't seem to make myself care about myself enough iykwim?

Not doing very well today...feel so tired, hungry and run down. Do you think being long term ill makes it hard to diet well?
i think it must do. you have the illness to contend with, and the effects of any medication making demands on your body.
i think just being aware of the problem, and doing the best you can when you feel you can, will keep you on top of things. on your good weeks you'll lose, on the not so good you'll stay the same, and on the bad weeks you'll gain. but overall, if you are working on it, the losses should overrride the gains in the long term.
its just that the long term seems never-ending doesnt it. dont give up. i find it hard losing weight, and i have no medical problems to blame, lol.
