Actually, I wasn't, which was odd! Infact, I was a bit surprised I'd only had 8 points at that stage, but then, I had been running around like a loony all day, so I kept busy
But I don't think so few points is the best idea really, is it?! And using a third of my points today on biscuits.... hmmm! Not good

100ml of wine = 1 point, so full bottle is 7.5

I haven't cheated yet! Today isn't good though, I used up quite a lot of points on dinner, then I had those two biscuits so I haven't really got any points left now, and I like to nibble in the evening
Problem is, if I go over my points, I tend to think, oh sod it, and have a pizza or something!
So I am feeling a bit fed up now, but I'll be fine in the morning

Sunday we are going to a baptism so I don't know what I will be eating - I don't think it will be anything exotic, just a buffet, so I will just have to be careful what I pick and guesstimate my points. I will get weighed Sunday morning too, so fingers crossed for a good kick start to it. I can't believe I am 10.2 - thats only marginally less than when I was in labour

I had the buffet problem last weekend. I just ate lessof what I would normally and avoided anything obviosuly high in points. But I didn't count for the day. I still lost weight last week, so can't have been too horrendous. We have a couple of nights/meals out to deal with!
