    Inspired by Hula

    I am totally inspired by Hulababy. Now, I'm supposed to be doing the No Count WW. However I am aware that I am becoming more slack as the weeks go on.

    So I propose to write it all down here so I can see exactly where I am slipping up and maybe it will help me choose not to.

    I am allowed 21 points a week. Plus any bonus points I earn through exercise. As a rule that is an added 11 points, an hours work out at the gym and a session of swimming (currently 24 lengths) a week.

    Wednesday 12/04/06

    Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs (Free)

    Lunch: 4 mini sausage rolls (2)

    Dinner: Spag Bol (1/5)

    Treats : Blue Ribbon choc (2)

    Points remaining 27 1/2

    GOsh. Can you still get Blue Ribbons? They are the choc wafer thngs aren't they? They used to be a staple of my (very unhealthy) lunchbox as a child.

    Fingers crossed Hula. I have a sneaky suspicion that I won't lose as much as previous weeks tomorrow So I need to focus. Plus I hardly drink any water. After reading what Liberty wrote about coke and water I think I need to up my intake.

    Well I think today speaks for itself. I took my boys to the cinema and was way naughty. I have my weigh in tonight. i have a sinking feeling, I feel so guilty about today

    Ok I know the coleslaw should have points, does anyone know how many?

    Lunch: Pasta in a pot from Tesco, chicken, Bananna (0)

    Dinner: Bananna, Beans on Toast, Apple (2)

    Went to the Aquadrome today. Played Football and Frisby with the boys. Walked around the lake and and fed the ducks, swans and geese. Now if I don't lose at least 1/2 lb I want to know why!!??
