I am totally inspired by Hulababy. Now, I'm supposed to be doing the No Count WW. However I am aware that I am becoming more slack as the weeks go on.
So I propose to write it all down here so I can see exactly where I am slipping up and maybe it will help me choose not to.
I am allowed 21 points a week. Plus any bonus points I earn through exercise. As a rule that is an added 11 points, an hours work out at the gym and a session of swimming (currently 24 lengths) a week.

Breakfast : 2 hard boiled eggs (Free)
Lunch: 4 mini sausage rolls (2)
Dinner: Spag Bol (1/5)
Treats : Blue Ribbon choc (2)
Points remaining 27 1/2

So I need to focus. Plus I hardly drink any water. After reading what Liberty wrote about coke and water I think I need to up my intake.
