i've been making excuses for weeks now. i need to lose weight before my holiday in october. i've given myself a definite date of monday coming to start dieting AND exercising. i have a treadmill, so bad weather is no excuse.
i will be following the ww diet, but not going to the classes.
you can be my 'buddy' if you like.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
i'm the same. not happy with how much i weigh BUT its not bothering me sufficiently for me to get any motivation to diet.

I need to lose weight too Lottie before I succumb to long term comfort eating. I'll do Rosemary Conley but wont be able to make it to the class in the holidays. So I will dust off my exercise bike and get out walking and swimming.
