    Oh...I feel I must add...

    For anyone who reads this, and remembers just a couple of days ago I was told to eat, drink and rest more...

    I eat an extra 10pts a day for Breastfeeding (So I have the same calorie intake as my 16st DP at the moment!) and I pick very carefully to make sure Lilah does not suffer, I am not starving myself or under eating

    Now to work on that rest...up to bed I go.

    Well, not updated this in ages - AGAIN!

    So I will now Its all good

    2 weeks ago I gained half a lb. I totally deserved it, and fully expected it, but there is always something inside that lets us believe *Just maybe* we wont gain, and we might even lose?! WHY?! So I guess I was a little dissapointed.

    But I came away from that class feeling refreshed and determined. I tried REALLY hard the week after, and last week, I lost 1.5lb

    This week, I decided to return to my daytime class (Has been going to an early evening one for 4 weeks) and I lost another 1.5lb

    So total now is 29, took me over the 2 stone mark, and ALSO, took me into the 11 stones!!! I am now 11st 13lb, and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pleased and chuffed with myself!!!!

    I was 11st 7lb before I got preg, so only 6lb to go to get back there.

    I'm feeling really determined now!

    This week I am going to try very hard again, as I really dont want to gain and go back into the 12 stones!

    I had a good week last week - I didn't actually point anything, and I didn't count them up each day etc. I just ate 3 healthy meals, and snacked if I needed to. This obviously worked and made it feel somehow easier. So I shall continue this way, and just tot up points a day or two to make sure I am on track.

    well well done you!

    i need to lose 2st too really, but i obviously am not in the right place to try dieting right now, cos i think abuot joining SW and i cant be arsed! have to wait until i feel i want to otherwise i'll waste my time. might try the gym on camp actually, cos i dont really eat that much bad stuff.

    anyway enough of me, you are doing excellently, just think about a super skinny you in a wedding dress!!!

    You do have to be in the right place to diet, its hard enough as is it without not having your heart in it, so I know what you mean.

    When I get below my pre-preg weight, I am gonna go try dresses on

    YAY!!

    I lost another lb

    Had an OK week, but wasn't sure I would actually lose anything, so was thrilled to see a lb gone.

    I'm only 5lb above my pre pregnancy weight now, which I am SO pleased about

    I am however totally out of shape and my tummy leaves a lot to be desired after having 2 babies in 18 months, but hey - I'm getting there!!

    Off to France tomorrow. SO worried this will ruin my diet.

    I am going to have my croissant in the morning, have yummy soup for lunch and eat the same as everyone else for tea, hopefully this wont have too much impact on my diet, as I really feel like I am "In the zone" now and I dont want to ruin it!

    Another obstacle though, my little piggy Lilah. I get 10 extra points a day for BF-ing, but she is now weaning, and already cut back by a feed or so a day. So soon I will have to cut back my food too....hmmmm! This is where I struggled after Grace.

    Anyway, not worrying about that now.

    Right, must go pack!

    i am trying to loose weight. but since i had olivia i cant seem to have lost any weight. even thoe sometimes i dont eat that much. any tips out there 4 me.
