    Red face LOOBIES FOOD DIARY

    BREAKFAST: bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes 1 banana 10 grapes

    lunch : bowl of special k youghurt 2 satsumas

    dinner: chiken kebabs with mushroom tomatoes red pepper spinach 2 whole meal pitta bread

    snacks: 2 apples 10 grapes

    drinks: 2ltr water 3 cups of tea

    YESTERDAY(meant to do this one first )

    Breakfast: bowl crunchy nut 10 grapes

    lunch: bowl of crunchy nut banana

    dinner 2 bowls of home made soup in it was tomatoes, kidney beans, chickpeas, carrots, garlic and topped with fresh spinnach

    snacks : 2 apples 2 satsumas

    drinks 2ltr water 3 cups of tea

    2tins toms
    1 tin chick pea
    1tin kidney beans
    3 carrots
    3 garlic cloves
    olive oil

    fry the garlic in the oil then add the rest of the ingredients simmer for 30 mins or until cooked if it isnt runny enough i add some passata instead of waterserve with tons of spinnach in the bottom of the bowl tons of black pepper super quick and tasty

    Tuesday 9th Jan

    Breakfast: bowl crunchy nut cornflakes banana 10 grapes

    Lunch: bowl crunchy nut cornflakes 2 satsumas 1 apple

    Dinner: 1 chicken breast grilled bean sprouts, sugersnap peas shitake mushrooms and noodles

    snacks: fruit or veg

    drinkis: 2ltr water 3 cups of tea

    i realise this is tomorrows but i stick to it better if i right it the night before
