    Brakfast: 1 banana 10 grapes 1 bowl crunchynut

    Lunch: 1 M&S chicken roasted tomato and balsamic sandwhich

    Dinner: chiken cooked in passata with curry powder and mushrooms, pepper, cauliflower and spinach served with brown rice

    Snacks: 2 satsumas, packet pumpkin seeds, 2 apples
    drinks: 2ltr water

    My scales are broken so i dont know my start weight but i am going to using my clothes as a guide which will suit me better as i tend to weigh myself too much anyway
