right so far it's been like this this week
Mon
breakfast = porridge
Lunch = 4 rivita pumpkin seed thingies with ww garlic bread and salad
Dinner = fish curry and veg rice
tue (walked to and from work)
Breakfast = porridge
Lunch = Jacket spud with baked beans
Dinner = omelette with lean bacon strips, peppers and onion with a salad and fat free dressing
wed
Breakfast = 4 rivita with ww jam
Lunch = home made soup
Dinner = Chicken wraps and salad
Thurs (walking to and from work)
Breakfast = Porridge
Lunch = jacket spud with beans
Dinner = salad with couscous
Supper= Omelette salad
