    Lotties food diary

    right so far it's been like this this week

    Mon
    breakfast = porridge
    Lunch = 4 rivita pumpkin seed thingies with ww garlic bread and salad
    Dinner = fish curry and veg rice

    tue (walked to and from work)
    Breakfast = porridge
    Lunch = Jacket spud with baked beans
    Dinner = omelette with lean bacon strips, peppers and onion with a salad and fat free dressing


    wed
    Breakfast = 4 rivita with ww jam
    Lunch = home made soup
    Dinner = Chicken wraps and salad

    Thurs (walking to and from work)
    Breakfast = Porridge
    Lunch = jacket spud with beans
    Dinner = salad with couscous
    Supper= Omelette salad

    Sunday (and yes i know i've missed out sat but i can't remember what i had)

    Breakfast = porridge
    Lunch= baked beans on one slice of toast with 2 slices of bacon all fat removed
    Dinner = 1 ww meal with 2 lactase enzyme tablets

    snack at work 1 small ham sarni with no butter

    monday

    breakfast = porridge
    Lunch = prawns with noodles, red onion ,ginger and mushrooms in a bed of lettuce, cucumber and tomatos with ww honey and mustard dressing
    Dinner = ww pasta meal with cod

    got my dancersbody dvd today so im going to do that before lunch and then have a nice prawn salad i thinks

    Breakfast = Porridge
    snack = ww cookie
    Lunch = 2 low fat sausages, 1 low fat bacon rasherand scrambled egg with a slice of toast as i'm bloody starving today and i've still got 4 points left from yesterday
    Dinner = 4 rivita with ww garlic sausage and l f cheese, 4 pieces of carrot cake (ww 1 point each)

    11th jan 22 points ate 23 pts oops

    Breakfast = porridge +1 lactase enzyme = 3.5pts
    Lunch = ww soup 1.5 pt and 2 bread 3pt = 4.5 pts
    dinner = prawn stirfry with bacon = 9pts
    snack = ww cookies 1.5pts 3 rivita 2pts garlic s 1.5pts cheese 1.5 pts

    Breakfast=porridge 3.5pts

    lunch =jacket spud and chilli 6pts

    dinner = 2 slices of brown bread and 2 slices of plastic ham 4

    snacks= ww biscuits 1.5pts twice 1.5

    glass of ww wine 2pts (large glasses here)
