    MTS Food Diary!

    Day 1:
    Breakfast
bowl special K with skimmed milk (jeez it tastes like carboard)

    Lunch
Mozarella and cherry tomato salad with 99% fat free Thai Dressing

    Late afternoon
    2 peaches
    few crusts of DS bread
    2 cola sweets

(2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk, 3 of fennel tea)

so far so good, but hard to stave off the hunger pangs!

oh god anything is better than Special K! I like bran flakes with raisins, might just have to abandon the Special K! I'm aiming for about 1200/1300 calories per day - want to lose 2 stone (blood pressure has gone a bit high!)

Same cal intake that I'm aiming for each day. I can't stand skimmed milk either... have to have semi skimmed or it just isn't worth having any atall! Can't see you having to need 2 stone! You are so teeny.

Better that way than aiming for something unattainable! I'm hoping for 8st 12ish or thereabouts. Would really love to get back under 8.7 but I really think that is unattainable for me these days....

Good luck with the diet MTS. I need to get back on track too. Defo go for the high fibre creals they help a lot. Are you a vegetarian too. I find I need to cut down big time on my cheese intake to make any difference at all.

Hi Sasha! No, not a veggie, but DH is, so when I cook it's always veggie, but sometimes I have meat in ready meals/when eating out.

Last night - 1 square of chocolate and 1 amaretto drink after dinner

    Today -
breakfast - toast and hummous, apple

lunch - quorn and mushroom pie, broad beans

    afternoon - 2 peaches

dinner - couscous salad, salmon, couscous salad, sliced turkey (was out at family do with buffet. Sherry. The sliced meat was OTT but not too bad considering I normally trough at buffets!
