Missed breakfast- bad girl.
Lunch- side plate of pasta, spoonful of sweetcorn, half a slice of ham, dollop of Mayo light.
Muller light yoghurt
Several bananas, tangerines.
Tea- Pasta bake- chicken, baked beans, tinned toms and pasta with a handful of cheese. (enough for Ian for lunch tomorrow as well)
Still starving at 8 o clock. Had a weight watchers chicken noodle soup and 2 raw carrots
3 pints of water
