    Pixie's food diary

    Tuesday 02 January 2007
    Missed breakfast- bad girl.
    Lunch- side plate of pasta, spoonful of sweetcorn, half a slice of ham, dollop of Mayo light.
    Muller light yoghurt
    Several bananas, tangerines.
    Tea- Pasta bake- chicken, baked beans, tinned toms and pasta with a handful of cheese. (enough for Ian for lunch tomorrow as well)
    Still starving at 8 o clock. Had a weight watchers chicken noodle soup and 2 raw carrots
    3 pints of water

    Im determined to lose 5-7kg. I currently weigh 80kg

    Wed 3.01.07
    BREKKIE-3 slices of wholegrain toast and rice milk.

    LUNCH-salad sandwich, fruit salad and bottle of water

    DINNER-Chicken and salad with fruit salad and frozen yoghurt for desert.

    Going for a walk after tea.

    Hi Pixie, I need to go back on the junk food wagon too! I'll bump my own food diary thread I think! I find that oatcakes are also a good snack to take the edge off the nibbles as per GI diet. bad girl indeed missing brekkie - that lunch sounds a bit light on the protein as well - unless it was a massive slice of ham really, but I am imagining one of those small sandwich ham slices.

    BREAKFAST Oats so simple
    LUNCH Holland Arms- jacket pot, beans and dollop of cheese
    TEA Jacket, cottage cheese and beans. Muller light
    Banana
    Supper- Weight watchers Chicken noodle soup and egg and muller light yoghurt

    Tea- Chilli con carne and jacket and cheese

    lunch- ham, pasta and sweetcorn
    tea- Gammon, home made chips, beans, egg and pineapple
    3/4 bottle of Red merlot
