Thread: Rice milk

Has anyone tried rice milk? There is a really good one by called rice and easy, you can get it from your local Tesco’s. I’m lactose intolerant, and that's the best option I found which is healthier, cheap, and taste good.

i can't stand it !! i've tried everything and stopped having milk all together until they bought out lactofree milk which is normal milk with lactase enzyme added

Lactofree - have seen ads for that - does it taste nice?

Am still on the rice milk at the moment!

it tastes like normal cows milk because thats what it is. It just has the lactaze enzyme added so it means i can digest it

Ummmm I love Rice Milk!!! But Im not lactose intolerant, cant stand cows milk or soy.
