Monday 10th July
Breakfast - 2 weetabix, milk, 0.5 tsp sugar, tea
Lunch - Cottage cheese and pineapple sandwich on wholemeal with LF dressing, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. LF Rhubard yoghurt.
Dinner - Pasta bake make with pasta shells, tomatoes, basil, olive oil and lots of cheese. Garlic bread. (ate too much)
Snacks - Made flapjacks with the girls - ate 2, solero, hot chocolate b4 bed
Exercise - Walked to nursery, jumping on trampoline
Tuesday 11th July
Breakfast - 2 weetabix, banana, milk, 0.5 tsp sugar, tea
Lunch Hoummous and salad roll
Dinner Finished Vege & chick pea curry I made the other night with 1.5 mini nann bread. Didn't clear the plate to dh finished it.
Snacks Solero, apple, 2 Pts water, more tea and cammomile tea and hot chocolate
Exercise - Walked to nursery and back twice and Salsacise video (25 mins) and 5 mins jumping on trampoline
