    Sasha's Food diary

    Monday 10th July

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix, milk, 0.5 tsp sugar, tea
    Lunch - Cottage cheese and pineapple sandwich on wholemeal with LF dressing, lettuce, cucumber and tomato. LF Rhubard yoghurt.
    Dinner - Pasta bake make with pasta shells, tomatoes, basil, olive oil and lots of cheese. Garlic bread. (ate too much)
    Snacks - Made flapjacks with the girls - ate 2, solero, hot chocolate b4 bed
    Exercise - Walked to nursery, jumping on trampoline

    Tuesday 11th July

    Breakfast - 2 weetabix, banana, milk, 0.5 tsp sugar, tea
    Lunch Hoummous and salad roll
    Dinner Finished Vege & chick pea curry I made the other night with 1.5 mini nann bread. Didn't clear the plate to dh finished it.
    Snacks Solero, apple, 2 Pts water, more tea and cammomile tea and hot chocolate
    Exercise - Walked to nursery and back twice and Salsacise video (25 mins) and 5 mins jumping on trampoline

    Tuesday
    B- Weetabix
    L- cottage cheese sandwich
    D- Quorn stir fry and rice

    Wednesday
    B- Grapefruit, yoghurt
    L- Jacket potato & beans
    D- Quorn sausages, new potatoes and veges.

    Thursday
    B- Weetabix
    L- Sandwich
    D- Bean stew

    Friday
    B- Malties
    L- Soup
    D- Lentil pie & potatoes

    Saturday
    B- Weetabix
    L- sandwich
    D- Aubergine pasta bake

    Sunday
    B- Malties
    L- Poached egg on toast and tomatoes
    D- Vege chilli


    Snacks - fruit

    Wednesday 12th

    Breakfast - Bowl of Malties (Sainsbury's Shreddies) with milk
    Lunch Tesco HL Tuscan Bean Soup
    DinnerPitta bread with cottage cheese & pineapple, cucumber and tomoato, peach
    Snacks Solero
    Drinks Tea x3, coffee, water, 40 Cal Hot chocolate
    Exercise Rosemary conley aerobics class, walked to nursery and back x3 (10 mins each way) and walked up to toddler group and back (30 mins each way)

    Thursday 13th July

    Breakfast - Half a red grapefruit
    Lunch Small portion of pasta and red pesto with grated parmesan, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
    Dinner Vege Korma curry with 0% fat Total Greek Yoghurt. cabbage, pepper, broad beans, carrots and Pataks paste with 2 Tesco HL mini naan.
    Snacks 1/3 Caterpillar mini swiss roll (left over)
    Drinks Tea, coffee, camomile tea, cappucino, grapes, glass milk
    Exercise Walking - 12789 steps

    why have I sat here trying to work out what B L and D stood for...!!!!!!

    You go girl, don't worry about the swiss roll, you've eaten it now - don't let it affect the rest of the day. Its done now, just get back on track and keep going

    Friday 14th July

    Breakfast - Malties with semi-skimmed milk
    Lunch - Pizza Hut buffet - 2 slices magarita pizza, 2 slices vege pizza, 2 spoons of pasta, salad (no dressing)
    Dinner - White pitta bread with cottage cheese and salad, peach, grapes
    Snacks -
    Drinks - tea x2, coffee x3, 2 glasses Pepsi Max

    Saturday 15th July

    Going to in-laws

    Breakfast - Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk
    Lunch - Pitta bread with cheese and salad in car - then got fed again when we got there - Lentil mousaka, bread and dips, salad, summer fruit and a spoon of Light Vanilla ice cream
    Dinner - Artichoke and Broad bean soup and a small serving of mousaka
    Snacks - Flapjack
    Drinks - Tea x3, water, carton of orange juice, 2 glasses white wine


    Hmmm - bit windy

    Sunday 16th July

    Still at in-laws

    Breakfast - Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk, toast and marg
    Lunch - BBQ vege kebabs, rice, salad, bread, dips, rice pudding, cherries, summer berries
    Dinner - Finishing off stuff. Moussaka, new potatoes, dips, bread, Muller fruit corner x2
    Snacks - Flapjack
    Drinks - Tea x3, coffee, water
