Monday 17th July
Breakfast - Malties with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - Wholemeal roll, salad and cheese
Dinner - Scrambled eggs (2) on 2 crumpets
Snacks -3 brownies, 1/2 Penguin
Drinks - Tea x3, Water
Exercise - Walking 10089 steps
Tuesday 18th July
Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - Cottage cheese with chives on a Crumpet
Dinner - Nothing as I ate so much crap today
Snacks -3 Tiffin cakes, 2 ice cream cones, 2 Penguins!
Drinks - Squash - 3 pints, Tea x3
Exercise - Walking 13206 steps
Breakfast - 2 Weetabix with semi-skimmed milk
Lunch - Wholemeal sandwich, salad and cottage cheese and chives, Low fat dressing
Dinner -
Snacks - Little cakes at my Rosemary Conley class, Penguin
Drinks - Tea, Water
Exercise - Aerobics class, Walking
I had put 0.5 lb on on the wed weigh-in so I kinda lost interest in my diary. So now I have been recording just the bad things as my main meals are OK. The snacks are my downfall.
And when I weighed myself this morning I had lost 2 lb!
