To Rome?
What's good?
We went for a long weekend. It's all good and I would love to go back! The Forum and the Colosseum were my favourites as I adore ancient Rome. We also did a bus tour, St Mark's and the bit of the Vatican you're allowed into, some castle thing by the bridge of Sighs that's in all the films (it was right by our hotel so we walked past a lot), the Trevi fountain, the old church thing (Pantheon), loads of stuff. Make sure you bring a map though if you plan to walk about, as it's all a bit spread out and some of the things are quite hidden.
The food was amazing too. Loads of little pizzerias and many very reasonably priced, if you avoid ones in touristy areas.
Fab , we did similar. Watch your bag though.
My friend went to Rome a month ago and she hasn't calmed down herself till today, she loved this city
Personally I had the same feeling after my trip to Rome, my soul needed a rest like this so I really enjoyed being there, the nature and the views are amazing and ppl are very friendly. I think that travelling in general to any country or city in the world is a lot of time, I wish I could have more time and travel more with my family)))))))
