    Bloody BUGGERY bloody bollox

Just completely lost my temper with MT over his bloody dinner

He's been an argumentative little sod for 3 weeks now and seems to have decided to be as bloody awkward as possible

Just messing with his pizza, picking at bits and not eating it
And I just suddenly, totally lost my temper
He's been crying his eyes out and I'm still so angry, I don't want to go cuddle him better - I'm inclined to yell some more

Why doesn't he just bloody EAT

I can relate to that Tilly. I get like that most nights with Imogen re. her homework. I sometimes get into such a rage, even when she's sobbing in her room I'm fuming. I'd be the same if they didn't eat. I think you marvellous about it tbh, very patient and relaxed (outwardly at least) so don't you worry if you lose it from time to time, you are human. Just don't batter him

I did tho, I smacked him and I think quite hard. And then I shoved his pizza at him and yelled he'd to sodding eat it

Mark is FURIOUS with me but even tho O was upstairs sobbing, I was / am too mad to go see to him

Mark has just dropped him off at beavers for a panto, and they didn't even say bye!!

There's a difference between smacking and battering!!! I seriously prescribe wine mate & perhaps a bath to unwind. We've all been there xxx

A smack won't hurt him, and I'd smack Mark as well frankly, he's no need to be furious with you. It's friday, it's been a long week and MT's eating habits would be enough to test the patience of a saint xxxx

((Tilly)) I have several friends whose children are very difficult eaters and my sister was the same so I do understand. Don't fret about it too much, we have all been there over one thing or another. When he gets in he will have forgotten all about it, just give him a hug, and I too prescribe a big glass of wine! x

Like Sarah says, we've all been there over one thing or another... I don't suppose he will be scarred for life over it, though on the other hand pessimistically I don't suppose it's going to do any good at curing his eating habit either... but you never know!
